It is ideal for B2B businesses, custom products, large quantities or catalogues without public prices, where it makes sense for customers to request a proposal instead of buying straight away.
On the product page, the customer clicks "Request a quote" and fills in a simple form. The request is sent to your team and logged in a dedicated backoffice panel, where you can review all the details and respond.
This way, the entire flow — from first contact to final proposal — is centralised and organised in one place.
